Vanilla Matcha Protein Tonic

 

After reading WomanCode, I’ve been actively trying to put way more (plant) protein into my diet. I’ve been making this insanely wonderful Vanilla Matcha Protein Tonic everyday for the past week and I love how it makes me feel. I get that little zing from the matcha and stay full for several hours thanks to the protein powder and hemp hearts. The ingredients blend so nicely together and the result is a sweet, creamy, filling green dreamy morning treat.

 

1 tbls hemp hearts

1 serving vanilla protein powder. I use Moon Juice’s Vanilla Mushroom Protein.

1 tspn matcha powder. I am loving Sun Potion’s White Dragon Matcha.

1/2 tspn Moringa powder. I use this one.

1 tspn tocotrienols.

Blend with 16 oz hot water, a dash of nut milk, and sweetener of choice, et voilà.
